GRUNT MAGAZINE
I am part of the team working on Grunt, a local non-profit magazine for creatives who work in hospitality, retail and admin. I write a regular column called 'Grunt Up Your Life' where I experiment and explore a different creative activity in each issue and encourage readers to try them out.

Grunt Up Your Life: Just my Cyanotype
This is probably my favourite column that I've written for Grunt so far. I learnt the process of creating cyanotypes, and really enjoyed learning something new.

Grunt Up Your Life: Hearts & Crafts
In this column I wrote about the joys and benefits that scrapbooking can bring, and encouraged readers to give it a go. I get so much joy from documenting life, and scrapbooking is a creative and easily achievable way to do it.

Grunt Up Your Life: Let Me be Brief
For our first issue, I wanted to establish a light hearted tone to the column. That's why I chose the topic of making your own underwear - it's unusual but also practical, with a real environmental benefit.

WHAT'S UP WITH EVERYONE?
What's Up With Everyone is a project and website designed to improve mental health literacy, reduce stigma and open up the conversation around perfectionism, loneliness, competitiveness, social media and independence.
It offers support, self-care tips and resources.

You can find the link to the website here: https://www.whatsupwitheveryone.com/

I was involved with the project as part of a focus group, giving feedback on the character design and individual story arcs, alongside writing and editing dialogue.

I also voiced Tai, a character who struggles with being overly competitive.
Below is the BBC Coverage on the project, where I was interviewed about my thoughts on why What's Up With Everyone is important.
